You are omitting discussions of the software management for writing checks and other reporting tools such as profit and loss, depreciation, managing payroll expenses and understanding office expenses by catagory i.e. how much of ones income should be spent for technology or advertising?

"that most dentists are interested in" AND WHICH IS THE MOST POPULAR SUBJECT FOLLOWED AFTER GRADUATION because the answer to teaching this subject and making it relevant to students has not been acheived as yet. More review later. Good job and much needed.

Hi, looks pretty comprehensive! The only thing that comes to mind is goal setting or economical factor charting graphs that show the staff where they are where they should be? Also the ability to read graphs to indicate what condition that aspect of the practice is in.

Just a quick perusal of the outline of your book shows no mention of the use of computers in dental laboratory technology, aside from things like Cerec. There is a need for better management of laboratory work authorizations, general communication with the labs, and of color matching communication. We have worked on this for a time and then found that Translab, at Transcendonline.com has a product that fills the need pretty well. Have you considered these people in your book?
